Health, Safety & Patch Testing
You must inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, medications, or sensitivities prior to your appointment.
Certain treatments require a patch test, which must be carried out at least 24–48 hours before treatment.
We reserve the right to refuse treatment where it is deemed unsafe or unsuitable.
ENS Beauty shall not be held liable for adverse reactions where relevant information has not been disclosed.
Under no circumstance will ENS Beauty carry out a treatment where a patch test is refused.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy – ENS Beauty
At ENS Beauty, we value your time and strive to provide the best possible service to all of our clients. To ensure fairness and availability for everyone, we kindly ask that you review and respect our cancellation policy.
Appointments & Cancellations
We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling. This allows us to offer the appointment slot to another client.
Late Cancellations
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the scheduled service cost.
No-Shows
Clients who fail to attend their appointment without prior notice will be charged 100% of the service fee. Future bookings may require full prepayment.
Late Arrivals
If you arrive late, your appointment may need to be shortened to avoid impacting other clients. Full service charges will still apply. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be cancelled and treated as a no-show.
Deposits
Some services may require a non-refundable deposit at the time of booking. This deposit will be deducted from your final balance. In the event of a late cancellation or no-show, the deposit will be retained.
Emergencies
We understand that unexpected situations can arise. In genuine emergencies, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate your circumstances.
