These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website: ensbeauty.co.uk and any services we provide. By accessing our website or booking an appointment, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Services

ENS Beauty provides a range of beauty treatments, including but not limited to:

  • Waxing

  • Nails

  • Lash and brow services

  • Other beauty-related treatments

All services are subject to availability and may be amended or withdrawn at any time.

3. Appointments & Bookings

  • All appointments must be booked in advance via our website, phone, or approved platforms.

  • You agree to provide accurate and complete information when booking.

  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel bookings at our discretion.

  • By making a booking, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms and Conditions.

4. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are in pounds sterling (£) and may be subject to change at any time.

  • A deposit or full payment may be required to secure your booking.

  • Failure to make payment may result in cancellation of your appointment.

5. Cancellation, Rescheduling & No-Show Policy

  • A minimum of 24 Hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

  • Cancellations or rescheduling requests made with less than the required notice will be treated as a late cancellation.

  • In the event of a late cancellation or failure to attend an appointment (no-show):

    • Any deposit paid will be retained in full; and

    • We reserve the right to charge up to 100% of the treatment cost where appropriate

  • Repeated late cancellations or missed appointments may result in refusal of future bookings.

  • Where we need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, you will be offered an alternative or a full refund of any payment made.

6. Deposits

  • A non-refundable deposit is required to secure bookings.

  • By paying a deposit, you agree that:

    • The deposit represents a genuine pre-estimate of loss incurred by ENS Beauty in reserving your appointment

    • The deposit is non-refundable, except where we cancel your appointment

    • The deposit may be transferred once only where at least 24 hours notice is provided

  • Deposits will be deducted from the total treatment cost.

  • Deposits are forfeited in the event of late cancellation or no-show.

7. Late Arrivals

  • If you arrive late, your appointment may be shortened.

  • If you are significantly late, your appointment may be cancelled and treated as a no-show, and charges may apply.

8. Health, Safety & Patch Testing

  • You must inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, medications, or sensitivities prior to your appointment.

  • Certain treatments require a patch test, which must be carried out at least 24–48 hours before treatment.

  • We reserve the right to refuse treatment where it is deemed unsafe or unsuitable.

ENS Beauty shall not be held liable for adverse reactions where relevant information has not been disclosed.

9. Results Disclaimer

Results from beauty treatments vary between individuals.
We do not guarantee specific outcomes.

10. Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for:

  • Death or personal injury caused by negligence

  • Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation

  • Any liability which cannot be excluded under Scots law

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ENS Beauty shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential loss

  • Loss of income, profit, or business

11. Gift Vouchers (if applicable)

  • Gift vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

  • Vouchers must be used within the stated validity period.

  • Lost or stolen vouchers will not be replaced.

12. Website Use

  • The content on this website is for general information only.

  • You agree not to misuse the website or attempt unauthorised access.

  • We reserve the right to suspend or restrict access where misuse occurs.
